Terms and Conditions for the Pay Per Click Package
The company hereby employs consultant to send visitors from the search engines to the company's web site in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
The consultant shall send visitors to the company's web site at a price of 7 cents per visitor.
The company shall pay the consultant $700 in advance.
Upon receipt of payment from the company, the consultant will register a new domain for the company which will be owned, controlled and operated by the consultant. The consultant will then optimize this new domain for the search engines and will add links from this domain to the company's web site.
The advance payment of $700 made by the company will entitle the company to receive 10,000 unique visitors from the new domain registered by the consultant. Once the consultant has sent 10,000 unique visitors to the company's web site, the company can choose to renew the agreement with the consultant by paying an additional amount of $700 for an additional 10,000 visitors. However, the company is under no obligation to renew the agreement with the consultant. If the company is not satisfied with the services of the consultant, the company can ask for a refund from the consultant within 30 days from the date the company has placed the order with the consultant. Upon receiving a refund request from the company, the consultant will promptly issue a refund of the entire amount paid by the company. However, the consultant will not issue any refunds to the company under any circumstances after 30 days from the date the company has placed the order with the consultant.
The number of unique visitors being sent to the company's web site will be monitored by an independent, third party link tracking service and the visitor count figures displayed by this link tracking service will be deemed to be final.
The consultant will not send traffic to more than three separate URLs in the company's site.
The copyright to the pages created by the consultant will belong to the consultant.
In order to design the new domain, the consultant may ask the company for some content related to the company's site. The company will promptly provide the consultant with the content required by the consultant.
The consultant will not divulge information related to the personal or financial affairs of the company to any third party unless specifically instructed to do so by the company.
The consultant will not optimize any adult oriented sites or sites in any language other than English. If an order is placed for an adult oriented site or a site which has content in a language other than English, the order will be cancelled. The amount paid by the company will be refunded, after deducting any credit card processing costs that the consultant had to incur in order to process the order.
This Agreement represents the complete agreement between the company and the consultant concerning the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings and agreements between the parties concerning the subject matter of this Agreement, including what may have been mentioned in any other page in the consultant's web site.
